This role is part time as needed and flexible to your schedule. You will be working directly with a territory manager to help them manage overflow accounts and lead in person “launch” meetings with scheduled youth sports groups. The launch specialist will show up to a scheduled appointment in person and lead a 20-30 minute meeting with the team to show them on their phones how to create a login and navigate the platform to share the fundraiser with their family members. The position has incredible room for growth for individuals who excel at the role and are looking to grow within the company with a sales or operations role.
Certain periods of the year are more busy than others (ex. back to school and start of the calendar year), but solid Launch Specialists who are interested in additional hours may be utilized by several local territory managers. All Launch Specialists will be fully trained and accompanied by a Territory Manager until they are comfortable leading launches on their own.
